Seven whole days

Maps are among the many things I love, especially creative maps. Harry Beck’s masterful map of the London Tube is pure genius. In that vein, perhaps you will enjoy these river maps. Below you will find the map of the Mississippi River system (click to enlarge). I would be tempted to buy a print of this one, if only my home town had made the cut. It would be between Keokuk and Burlington here.

Having recently set a personal record for brevity in a Sunday morning sermon (at seven minutes), I was interested to see this over at ASBO Jesus.

What do you think, dear reader? Should sermons be very, very brief? Is there a point of diminishing returns? How long is too long?
