I think the work you've done from Lambeth, both photographic and bloggoriffic, has been tremendous. I just made up that word so I hope its meaning is clear. It's important that the funny little details are documented, because in reality, the bishops will tell more people about the rabbits and the dorm food than the indaba groups and the endless discussions of the Covenant. They will remember the kindness of the local organizers and the warm clothing donated for the use of attendees from the Tropics. They'll remember the endless queues and marching in London and tea with the Queen. They'll remember the personal friendships formed across incredible boundaries of language and culture, and try to forge and maintain new connections.

The boycotters will have no memory of any of these things, and are the poorer for it.
